• Item Condition: All items are “Preloved” (used) unless stated otherwise. Minor wear and tear should be expected and is not considered a defect.

• Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

• Order Commitment: Placing an order is a binding agreement. Repeated “fake” orders or refusal of COD parcels may lead to a permanent ban from our platform.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to get your finds to you as quickly as possible.

• Delivery Timeline: All orders are processed and delivered within 7 business days.

• Delivery Charges: A standard shipping fee applies to all orders. This fee will be clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you finalize your purchase.

• Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.

4. Payment Methods

We offer two convenient ways to pay for your preloved treasures:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash directly to the courier agent upon receiving your parcel. Please ensure the exact amount is ready.

2. Bank Transfer: For a contactless experience, you may transfer the total amount to our designated bank account.

   • Note: Orders via Bank Transfer will only be processed once a screenshot of the payment receipt is shared with our team.

5. No Return & No Exchange Policy

Given the unique nature of preloved fashion and the high turnover of one-of-a-kind items:

• Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason (including size issues, change of mind, or minor color variations due to screen lighting).

• Vetting: We encourage all customers to review item descriptions and photos thoroughly before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific item’s measurements or condition, please contact us before placing your order.
